  • Billing is monthly. Annual plans are not currently offered.
  • Prices are in Tanzanian shillings and are the amount you pay WithOpp. WithOpp adds no other fees; any mobile money or bank charges are between you and your provider.
  • There is no limit on the number of sales, payments or records, other than the limits shown above.
  • When you reach a limit, you cannot add more of that item (for example, a new branch) until you move to a bigger plan or reduce your use. Nothing you already have is affected.

2. Free trial

  • A new owner gets a 60-day free trial, starting when they create their first business. No card or payment is needed.
  • During the trial you get every feature, with the Business plan limits.
  • From 7 days before the trial ends, WithOpp shows a reminder.
  • When the trial ends, the business needs to pay for one of the plans above to keep recording. Without payment, section 5 applies: a grace period, then read-only.

3. How to pay

Online payment inside WithOpp is not available yet. Until it is:

  • Write to us at withopp.bis@gmail.com (or use the "Request payment details" button in Settings → Subscription), saying which plan and how many months you want.
  • We send you the details to pay by mobile money or bank.
  • After paying, send us the transaction reference. Once we confirm the money has arrived, we record the payment and your plan starts working immediately.
  • Every payment (date, amount, method and reference) is shown in Settings → Subscription.

4. Billing periods and renewal

  • Each payment buys 1 to 24 months.
  • If you pay before your current period ends, the new months are added to the end of it - you never lose days.
  • There are no automatic payments. WithOpp cannot charge you anything unless you pay.
  • From 7 days before a paid period ends, WithOpp shows a reminder.

5. When a period ends without payment

  • The trial or paid period ends

What happens: You keep full use of WithOpp for 14 more days (the grace period). WithOpp shows a warning.

  • After 14 days

What happens: WithOpp becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see all your records and get a copy of them, but nothing new can be recorded (sales, stock, payments and so on).

  • If you pay at any point

What happens: Full access returns immediately, with all your records exactly as they were.

  • If you stay unpaid

What happens: Your records are kept for at least 60 days from when they became read-only. We will not delete them without first telling you at your account email.

6. Changing plans

  • You choose your plan when you pay. To change plan, choose a different plan at your next payment; the new limits apply from then.
  • If you move to a plan with lower limits and already use more (for example, more branches), what you have stays, but you cannot add more until you are within the limit.
  • Advanced analytics is only available on the plans shown above.

7. Cancelling

Because there are no automatic payments, cancelling is simple:

  • Tap "Cancel subscription" in Settings → Subscription (or simply do not pay for the next period). You keep using WithOpp until the end of the period you paid for, and can change your mind before it ends.
  • Then section 5 applies: 14 days of grace, then read-only, then your records are kept for at least 60 days.
  • If you want your account and records deleted sooner, ask us through the Legal & Trust Center. Get a copy of your records first - tax law requires businesses to keep them for several years.
  • Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Billing questions and disputes

If you think a payment is wrong, write to us at withopp.bis@gmail.com with the date, amount and transaction reference. We will reply within 30 days.
